**I compete in some running events, If you are interested in joining these events please let me know and I will set up times with you to get you prepped for running these distances. Check the events section for those dates and times. Also, we try to get open around 1:00pm if the event is in the Manhattan-Wamego area. Please call and check with us before coming to the gym.
